SMOOSH! – Community Choir Performance Opportunity

Voice Academy is excited to be partnering with Paraorchestra and Strike A Light for SMOOSH!, a vibrant large-scale outdoor performance coming to Gloucester on Friday 10th July 2026.

We’re inviting singers of all abilities, including past and present Voice Academy members, as well as anyone who simply loves to sing, to be part of this high-energy celebration of music, movement, and community.

Featuring feel-good pop favourites and unforgettable crowd-pleasers, SMOOSH! promises to be an exciting and uplifting experience for both performers and audiences alike. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a community choir and take part in a truly unique live performance in the heart of Gloucester.

Rehearsal Details

📅 Fridays: 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th June, plus 3rd July 2026
🕕 Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
📍 Venue: St James C of E Church, Upton Street, Gloucester, GL1 4LA

Additional Dates

🎼 Rehearsal with musicians: 8th July 2026 (5:30 PM – 8:30 PM)
🎭 Dress rehearsal: 9th July 2026 (5:30 PM – 8:30 PM)
🌟 Performance Date: Friday 10th July 2026
